Welcome to Care Behind The Scenes LLC ("CareBTS")

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our non-clinical, virtual concierge-style care guidance and navigation services.

1. Service Description

Care Behind The Scenes LLC (“we”, “our”, or “CareBTS”) provides non-clinical, virtual concierge-style care guidance and navigation services to individuals seeking post-diagnosis or post-treatment support. The service includes:

One (1) initial consultation (up to 30 minutes)
A personalized care navigation summary plan
Two (2) follow-up check-ins within fourteen (14) calendar days
General guidance, resources, and referral suggestions based on your needs

Important: Our service does not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical provider.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

Flat Rate Fee: $200.00 USD per service bundle
Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of scheduling your initial consultation.
Payments are processed securely via Square. You will receive an email confirmation or receipt upon payment.
If additional care or support is requested beyond the initial two-week period, additional time will be billed at an hourly rate at the discretion of Care Behind The Scenes LLC.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled consultation to receive a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without proper notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Care Behind The Scenes LLC provides general guidance only. We are not responsible for medical outcomes, delays in care, or decisions made based on our services. Always consult with your licensed medical provider for any medical questions or emergencies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
